What could this problem be? 92 sc 400

Default What could this problem be? 92 sc 400

Ok so 92 sc 400, car has very little power in drive, almost as if its in 4th. When overdrive engage, it flashes. Intermittent CEL, throwing code 13, but I dont think thats related. Car drives normally in L and 2.

Might be shift solenoids.

Thank you. Would a malfunctioning shift solenoid throw a CEL?

Sometimes. But, the sign for shift solenoid not working properly is O/D keeps on flashing or light stay on even if it was turned on.
