Default past experiences on exhaust set up

I am looking for some advice. 92 sc400 bad cats so I am going to replace the front two cats for inspection purposes but I would like to cut the rear cat out. So can I cut the rear cat out and insert a Y, cut the resonators and straight pipe to the mufflers and will it set off any codes. thanks MIKE

If there aren't any sensors in the rear cats or after you will be fine. Your obd1!
