Default 2jzgte wont crank

Hate to have one of these but im stumped. I swapped in a ge block, went single, 550cc w/ resistor, gated shifter mod using jeslet's diy. When i turn the key to the start position, there is nothing. I can hear the engine bay relay click when i turn the car on. All dash lights, power seats, radio works. When turning the ignition to the start position the dash lights turn off until i let to. I dont hear my fuel pump turn on, but i when i jump the fuel pump from the diagnostic port it turns on. Ive jumped the starter relay to see if i can get the car started that way, but im not getting any spark either. I have tried jumping pins 5&6 from the nsw and still nothing. The injectors and coils are getting the 12v but the ecu is not grounding either. Ive check the fuses and will quadruple check it tomorrow. Im going to try to reset the security system. When i lock my car the security light just stays lit, but it used to flash. I will try going back to the original shifter. Im stumped because i dont know if its wiring from inside the car or wiring from the engine bay. The starter relay isnt getting signal from the signal wire. I have to ground points and they are both on the intake manifold. If anyone has any tips on how to check the ecu please let me know. Thanks in advance. Im really trying to make it to BOS meet sunday.

You don't have a ground on the block?

This ^^^ what he said , ground on the side of the block , driver side and you should be back in business! Big tick black wire from the side of the block, it's right by the motor mount bracket and bolt down right before the battery on the frame rail .

Sounds like your anti-theft system is interfering. My old 300 did the same thing to me one time. It armed itself and wouldn't allow me to disarm it and also wouldn't let the car start. Identical symptoms.

Just found out im not getting any 12v to the igsw when i turn on the ignition switch, so i applied a 12v to that wire, but it doesnt send a 12v to the main relay wire of the ecu.

Ive grounded pin 2 of the starter relay, put a ground on the block to the chasis, and went back to the old shifter.

I dont have any coolant in the system at the moment if it makes any different

Coolant wont make any different it should still fire right up.

Why aren't you getting a 12v at the IGSW? same wiring harness right? that's very strange.
