Default 1jzgte no start/spark - has power at engine fuse box

hey, so i noticed one of my electric fans died, i wasnt sure why.. i figured the motor blew. so i ordered a new one. keep in mind before i started one of the 2 electric fans was working. they were both coming off the same 12v trigger wire on the inside fuse panel but were jumped separately so it had 2 wires going to 2 different relays for the fans... no less then the ign 7.5 fuse but i saw it was a 20amp now.) when i was installing the new fan i noticed that the wires had melted together and shorted. so i undid each one and and reinstalled everything. now neither fan works. however i know the relays work because if i jump the 12v trigger wire to the fuse panel on the engine bay both fans kick on. so the problem lays with the fuse panel in the cabin.

i then put my key in the ign to try and start the car and nothing, no clicking, no fuel priming, no accesory lights turn on. the radio doesnt turn on nor does the air con. however the hazards, headlights, electric seat and door locks all work.

the wiring is a nightmare inside, but im stumped. help please
