Default need help! going lean

Recently my gte swapped sc300 hasn't been compensating for increased airflow at wot and stays around 14 afr and slowly climbs to about 16. My wideband also appears sluggish to react and hangs around 13afr after initially letting off of the throttle and then will slowly climb to 16 and then hunt around 14. I ran codes and got 13(signal rpm)

34 which is a turbo code, not sure which and 47 (sub tps). I'm not the best at diagnosis, but think it's a sensor going out, so I checked my tps and the resistance ratings were in spec, but voltage was off from what the manual required. I reinstalled tps and found that it has to be calibrated, could someone post instructions to calibrate the tps, the only ones I could find are for 7m. Also any help diagnosing would be nice. It was running fine, and then I left it for two weeks and now it's not.

Going full lean?
You need to test the sensor

It doesn't go full lean accept when I am cruising and let off, and there only until the engine picks up the load again. The wideband seems to act with most of the usual expected behavior, it's just small things that are off, and of course the main issue of me not being able to go wot because of it going lean. It might help to add that I was running it on map ecu 3 but decided to take it off until I am ready to fully tune the car because the base map was really really rich. Anyways, I will be checking the sensor, but what other things could be the cause of this?

No ideas??? I think it has to do with tps, it might be as simple as calibration, but I can't find anything on it.
