I thought it had VVTI on the vavle cover..... well I dont know about you but there is a VVTI on 97+ supra and most of VVTi engine was recieved by aristo.. and I know that, there is so much involved with wire haress and cats and other things taht does not exist on non VVTI engine... oh well..

T51R , the f-con v pro is better, you are right but after the all the harnesses and stuff that unit is about $2000. I just want about 650 rwhp and the stock ecu with the g-force program is fine for now. After dynoing my car in the future and I find that the g-force ecu is no good at that point then i'll think about putting in the f-con v pro. The $2000 could be spent elsewhere at this moment. I am just saying if i'm going to buy the AEM one, I rather spend a little bit more and get the hks f-con v pro. The AEM is faster then stock ecu stock but is still slower then the stock ecu with the g-force program. We checked on the supra TT, just that the AEM is more re-tuning friendly.

I just cant see how the g force chip will be any better than AEM. depands on who tune it will does eveything I guess. I guess if you know what you going to run with your set up and what setting upoi running is, then G force might be the way to go, but me personally, I rather go with AEM than Gforce just becuse I can tune better like you said, but I am pretty sure that I can tune a supra with AEM faster and safer than Gforce EUC. but if I want to go easy way, then I will go with Gforce......
anyway, if you want to you can give me a buzz at my shop

T51R, nice vvti-gte. What car you planning to put that on? I am not saying AEM is bad but we(SP Engineering,Turbo Magazine, and G-force) went to AEM presentation and AEM actually gave us one to try on the supras. G-force(rom tuning) still give faster and accurate response. The AEM is easier to tune becuz of the tuning access where the rom tuning, you got get the ecu out and open it up and get the actual chip out and set it up and tune it. I believe the AEM still runs through the stock ecu then to the motor(piggy-back in a way). Our supra-7 made over 850rwhp(no nos) with the blitz 1000cc, vpc, gcc, and the g-force. If you get a chance to check our site or turbo mag site, you can see the dyno sheet of the supra-7 with the a/f and the hp curve. They are pretty smooth with the g-force.

yes I have seen the supra 7, it is very nice.. I respect the dyno number, and fuel and air ratio and all. I am just know the fact that 3037S twin will make more than 850 to the wheel with HKS Fconvpro, which even if you guys are HKS Pro shop, you cant get it from HKS usa, or they dont give you a key for it to tune the Fcon.
I just wish that HKS will relase the FconV pro not a S.. so that you guys can tune the car alot better..
call singal auto and talk to kitaoka or lance... he will show you how much difference will make on stand alone VS chipped ECU..
you guys builted a super nice car, and I wish you can have a fcon and tune it with..
well next month, I will be putting my new set up on my sc300 and we will see I can break the 850rwp without nos with single turbo.
it already made 841 at 1.5 bar, so we will see with 2 bar

T51R , you are using the hks t51r on the gte? Wish you luck man! The t51r is for sure able to pull 850 and more. I would love to know more about your set up. Reguarding the supra-7, the hks 3037s max out at 450 each so pretty close(32.1rwhp short) because of the stock RX-7 rear end and yes the f-con v pro will take over. The f-con v pro was not release yet when the supra-7 was dynoed. Check the date
Also, the supra-7 is now running two 3240(s) with the f-con v pro and will be on a future issue of turbo mag. Dyno sheet will soon be release.
