have you tried an ecu? an auto obd1 unit will work. It's worth a shot.

Have you resolved the issue? I have the whole diagnostic chart on the issue.

Yes, and no. After grounding out my battery completely, by running new individual grounds from the battery to the engine, and the engine to the chassis the stuttering/code 14 problem went away. (Go figure)

But now, we're stuck on the whole fuel pump staying on after I turn off the car matter. My shop recommended I run a switch/relay system in a kill-switch kind of matter for my fuel pump to just nip it in the butt quick but I rather actually solve the issue that's burning out my EFI Main and do it correctly.

I've just been opening my trunk and unplugging my fuel pump every time I turn my car off. And back on again before I turn the car on. I also found out that the previous owner of my car did the 12v fuel pump bypass by connecting the two harness wires that go to the fuel pump ecu.

What do you have the diagnostics for?

i just checked today and my car is also throwing code 14. when i drive it normally i notice sometimes it feels like it's getting fuel cut randomly then goes away as quickly as it came. btw i don''t even have the 12V mod and when i turn my ignition to on position the fuel pump will stay running, usually it will just come on for a quick second then shuts off. mines just recently started doing this so i'm still in the process of figuring out what it might be.

Yes!! That is exactly what mine was doing. It is very strange though, because after I grounded out my battery properly by running a ground cable from the battery to the motor and from the motor to the chassis the fuel cut off stopped happening. Now my fuel pump just stays on and my Main EFI fuse pops. Check your EFI fuse, I haven't resolved my issue either... :\

well so far i removed the EFI fuse to reset the ecu and now the code is gone but i haven't had time to drive it yet to see if it will come back. i'm still waiting on a IACV that i bought to get here in the mail today, after i install it i will test drive the car and will see how it goes. but i'm still loss on the fuel pump staying on....

Didn't you say you were gonna see if the fuel pump relay(Are u referring to the MAIN EFI fuse, or the actual fuel pump box that sits near the back seats behind the side panel of the car) was bad on your post? LMK what you find out!
