I got a check engine light for p0401 (egr insufficient flow). I have a good idea what the problem is. I think that my vsv (vacuum valve switch) is bad because my old one had a broken connector and I brought a used one off eBay which I believe that one is bad too. How do you go about checking to see if the vsv is bad or good? Thanks.
