Default Plugs / wires / oil weight

My 93 SC400 will be delivered on Monday. I plan on replacing plugs, wires, rotors and caps. My question is Are the new iridium plugs better for our SCs or is OEM just as good. Also what weight oil do you guys suggest?

Get Denso for all the ignition stuff, the Iridium plugs are nice and will last a long time, although for performance copper plugs are better. For oil 10w-30?

I use 5w-30 for oil. Here is a link to my DIY Tune-up. Plus, in my build thread there are other things you should do since you just got your SC, like tranny and diff oil, and fuel filter......

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...-more-diy.html - Plugs, wires, ect...

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...ange-nuts.html - Fuel Filter...

Oh, and don't forget to use the DIY Sticky, as well as post pics of your new SC!!!

I have a slight oil leak from the oil pan so I use 10W-30. Also, it's high mileaged.
