1995 sc400 crossed battery terminals no power
Ok im new to this forum and i have searched quite a bit but have found nothing directly related to my issue, i noob-ly bought a new battery for my sc400 not realizing that the terminals where positive right and negative left on the old battery.only when hooking the battery up did i realize that i had made a boo boo, sparks flew non the less, and now that i have the right battery in the car of course nothing works, no dash lights at all except the open door light, window switches and locks dont work the car wont start of course and there isnt a click or crank at all, only other thing that works is the interior lights. now i have checked the fuses in the car and all seems to be well although i dont know how the 30a fuse is supposed to look on the inside because i come from bikes and havent dealt with these kinds of fuses the fuse box directly behind the battery has been checked as well and this 150 alt fuse has these two metal pieces in it that look a bit odd but idk if its blown or not? what do these blown things look like on the inside? what else and how else do i check these?

Hard to explain, but there should be (what looks like) a wire inside the fuse that's part of the terminals that you stick in. If it's split in half/toasted/melted then it's done. Need to change it. The ones in the engine bay behind the battery is a bit different, but you'd see those wire looking things inside nonetheless, which if split in half/toasted/burnt/melted are busted too..
