Let me see your electric fan setups....
My fan shroud finally broke and hit the fan, which broke a portion of the fan itself. I am seriously thinking of going with electric fans, but also like the look of the stock SC300 fan shroud, it kinda just completes the look of having a complete factory setup when the hood is raised. This thread is for the pictures of the electric fans, and why you chose them. Any better cooling temps noticed on the needle or with a measuring device after the install? What size is best with factory OEM radiator???
Lets get it started...

Mark , if you are seriously considering electric fans , after a lot of research and readings , In my opinion, the OEM IS300 dual fans are the best that's why I chose them. They are reliable and flow a lot of air. I have them on my red dragon and one of the supra. It is the most recommended electric fans on SF. The IS300 shroud has a built in coolant reservoir too. You can control the dual fans separately by your ECU, triggering the relays for each fan depending on coolant temperature. If you want a better shroud , PHR sells a chromed or polished shroud for them but very expensive and you will loose the coolant reservoir . that is why I decided to make my own top covers.
Also , since you have stock intake manifold and IC piping locations , you might have to do some work. You might need to angle that top IC piping on the throttle body 45 degrees to the right then down, if even possible , cause that shroud won't fit with that stock IC downpipe in its stock location . If you don't find one at the junk yards , send a pm to megamax .. I know he has one laying around.
For your reference .. here is the OEM IS300 dual fan and shroud when we installed it on my supra.
PHR sells the shroud .. here it is
Just covered mine with polish aluminum cover on the red dragon (SC) and still can use the coolant reservoir

Man, those are pure sexiness !!! This gives me options to think about. I also didnt know about triggering them on with the AEM at a certain temp. Honestly, i still like the look of the stock SC300 one. To me it just makes the motor swap that much more stock looking and that it belongs in there. I did find a fan today in the junk yatd, but both 300's had the fan shrouds missing... Dang it...
going to give it a week or so, then i will be buying the dual setups.. need to sale the extra parts i have lying around to help buy them....
