Smog fail
MY 1992 SC400 FAILED HC AND CO READINGS AT 15 MPH FOR HC ARE MEASURES 381 MAX IS 73 AT 25 MPH 381 MEASURE 56 MAX...............FOR CO 15 MPH MEASURED 3.67 MAX .49 25 MPH MEASURED 3.78 MAX .39 LABELED AS A GROSS POLLUTER HELP WHERE SHOULD I START SINGLE FEMALE WITHOUT A CLUE WHERE TO START O2 MAYBE

how many miles on your car? have you ever changed the o2's and when? have you ever changed the cat and when? does your car drive well most of the time or does it have some issues?
Depending on mileage if you have never changed your o2's thats usually where I start, and if that doesnt fix it enough to pass and the cat is old and never been changed thats my second thing I check/change.

I need help too I had engine rebuilt new cats new radiator last week all areas passed on smog 93 lexus sc400 224k milers
Only area issue no ppm no field in the 1200 range .....failed . Before engine work cars been sitting for 3 yrs help
