^ Practicality? Great emissions, and looks just like a regular motor...

VW did it right - and it pains me to say that. 1.4L twin charged, and it all looks simple;

*google for more pictures, as the few i've found are huge and not going to bother uploading here... The exhaust manifold looks plain with the small snail attached at the very top, and without cutting away the intake mani. you wouldn't tell there is an S/C on there.

With variations of this same motor in different classes of vehicles ranging from 103 to just short of 200hp.

It also came that way from the factory, and VW engineered all the parts to work together

hahahaha thanks for all the replies, I have all the time I need. I'm in no rush to push things. I have a steady flow of cash, slowly but surely this will be built.

i just meant that in raw materials are parts i was guessing around ten grand, but anyways it seems like overkill kind of,,,people are making like 7-800 hp on a single turbo , not sure why anyone would need more than that.

You might be able to contact vortech and see if they have any parts available for the is300 kit they used to sell... The idea is feasible and would be very interesting. With a centrifugal supercharger you can get away with new intake piping from the turbo outlet... Hope this happens. Good luck

Twin charged setups arent for outright power but for low end torque + decent top end. 7-800hp turbos are ****ing slow till the boost kicks in
