I have the MVP headers on my SC, It sounds pretty nice and isn't really noticeable until after 3k rpm. I also noticed quicker acceleration on my top end compared to stock. Here's a quick video I made after I installed my fujitsubo exhaust.

I have to say that if you have your NA set up well and for whatever reason you plan to STAY NA then... yes, it's worth a small 10-15hp increase in power at the expense of slightly reduced low end torque off the line which you can compensate for by upping the final drive ratio. Far better than getting no power increase from an intake or exhaust setup. This particular header design is the only good one I've heard of. The only reason not to go with it is emissions, because it will not pass if you have a visual inspection.
I'd use one if I weren't in Cali and wanted to stay NA. Then again, if I weren't in Cali I'd just do a GTE swap or NA-T.

Not a whole lot if all you're interested in is exploiting the chassis. My car is totally stock engined NA. But I won't use an MVP header for emissions reasons. There is a limit to how much power you can realistically get from a street driven 2JZ-GE and it's pretty close to stock. That amount of power can actually do well if you change other things surrounding the engine but if you aren't limited by emissions visual inspections (I have zero problem with tailpipe emissions testing) then in the long run there is a better and more cost effective power to weight ratio to be had with a stockish/BPU turbo engine swap, not to mention slightly improved highway fuel economy if a 1JZ is considered. I get at best 19mpg highway and 13-14mpg city in my NA car with a WOT 0-60 of maybe 6.7-6.8.
It all depends on what you value from the car most and what you're limited to by via your local jurisdiction. I can definitely say that the right NA setup can be heaps of fun as long as you don't mind a 2013+ Mustang V6 or Toyota Sienna minivan blowing you away at a stoplight. Soarers, however, were almost exclusively sold with turbo engines. Only in the USA was this not the case.

Obx offers 2 exhaust manifolds for the Supra/SC300. One is identical to the MVP design while the other is almost identical to the factory header design minus the cats.
I have the MVP header, bolted to a 3in midpipe and a single 3in exhaust. I did notice a loss of power below 1800rpm, but the gain above 3500+ was more than worth it to me. I also am subject to OBD2 emissions, so a GTE swap is out of the question. I've had the header for a little over 5 years now. So i look at it as the money spent then as being worth it.

GTE swap is never out of question
