Is there an adapter to mount the HKS SSQV in the place of the factory BOV? Ive looked, and i counldn't find anything, i though you guys might know. thanks

 

The 1 IZgte non VVTI is at a minimum of 17-20 yrs old, and the stock bov is of a recirculated type and very small at best, so mounting a SSQV in the same location would serve no real purpose and really wouldn't function as intended.

Just block off the factory bov and reroute the vacuum lines, and put your HKS on the hot side before the IC.

I just wanted to put my HKS in that place, non recirculated. What i did is Hotside, right before IC, behind the front bumper.

 

I personally have 2... not that you need 2.

One by the intake and one on the hotside.

 

I have 2 and I need them both LOL

 

Now if everyone can get their bov's to each whistle a different tone we might be able to get an epic sound byte going.

I have mine in the stock location and I can barely hear it. So switching it to the hot side would make it louder? I WANNA HEAR IT!!
