The LS400 MAF is going in but I have to make a custom intake for it. I just need to see if the OBDI computer has the same pins. I don't want to blow up my car spending so much on it. Can anyone confirm if this is a straight-forward swap?

my source says the puter should plug in and you just need to match up the wires on the MAF ...from the old to the new 400MAF...if you can get a plug for an older MAF and hard wire that...it will plug right in to the 400MAF.....

Hey Jeff,
I actually just pulled the leads from the old connector and fitted them on the LS400 MAF. They are the same size, just different spacing. It works fine. The computer will go in next week.

Hello all,
Actually my shop is communicating right now with Toyomoto and they are sending the correct MAF. I had the LS400 one which did not work on my year(96) so they are sending a 96 Supra Turbo one. Hopefully this will get the mappings close enough to tune easily.
The tools I must locate and find. The car stuff is across three locations. I will try and locate them this weekend but I just moved so everything is boxed up.
I am anxiously awaiting my beast.

Okay it has been two weeks and no TT MAF has been received yet. Anyone have any other ideas on how to solve this problem?
Who here has a OBDII turbo SC and what did you do?

Okay since my Supra TT MAF never came in the mail I got real lucky and found someone who had one. I swapped the piece out in a couple of minutes and the car felt quite different. The car was more responsive although still too rich. I did finally start losing traction so I know there is more power. I will take it for dyno tuning tomorrow. Idle went lower instantly too. I probably should not have just swapped the MAF and charged around like that but what they hey...
