Default Need help with car

Today when I started up my twin turbo soarer (in australia) and drove off it sounded a little different compared to normal.

It is hard to explain but when hitting 2000rpm + it sounded very "airey" almost like the air was escaping somewhere.
I am not sure if anyone has had the same problem or not.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Vacuum leak. Check all the hoses or use WD40 to help eliminate areas.

WD40? I would use aersol brake cleaners or carb cleaners instead. WD40 would leave oily residue, even though it'll eventually burn off.

Doesn't vacuum drop as the RPM's go up? More like boost leak problem

Symptoms seem to be some sort of a vacuum leak to me. You can use carb cleaner or brake cleaner or WD40 just to if the idle goes up or down. Also try a smoke test if you have the means.

How would the WD40 work to eliminate areas?
