My SC4 doesn't like rain...
Hey guys, I have a 94 SC400 that has a weird issue. The car runs fine, did tune up, only thing it needs is a new fuel filter. It run really well and mAkes me forget theres 220k on the odometer.
Only issue I have is that on MOST but not all rainy days, I get a rough idle. Its random, whether its heavy or light rain it just acts weird. The idle sputters and sometimes stalls out. If I get lucky I will just rev to like 5k a couple of times and it'll stop, but it rarely helps.
A friend suggested maybe my air filter was getting wet, but that isnt the case. What can it be?
Thanks for any help fellas.

when it rains I have problems with o2 sensors on mine, but no rough idle, just CEL and no TRAC.
Maybe your maf sensor plug needs some cleaning. Check if it idles the same as it it rains if you disconnect it.

Could also be a ground issue, caused by water getting into somewhere. I know rain can cause your radio to act funny because water tends to pool in the trunk underneath the amp. Maybe take a look there to see if theres a puddle. Could be something as simple as that.
