Default O2 sensor wires cut

I was doing a pan drop on the tranny and noticed that my front o2 sensor wires appear to be cut. That would probably explain the 190 miles to the tank I get.

Any logic behind cutting the wires?

that sucks. are you stock? you and your ex on good terms or owe anyone money? haha. rats like wires? running over something? lazy previous owner? just throwing em out there.

splice it back together. and see what happens. if it improves solder and heatshrink.

Splice them back together, you will be ok. But do it properly, solder and heat shrink.

thread jack but similar. would extending the rear o2's say 10" cause any issues with the ecu? mind you soldered and shrinked proper and all.
