Default Rear seal change

I searched and it is known to be a PITA fix,

Is it really much different from other cars' rear seal? On RWD cars the removal of tranny is generally easier than FWD cars. Is it a PITA to remove the W58 transmission?

From what I gather, it's better to do it during the clutch change, since the tranny comes out.
additional steps would include removing flywheel to get at the rear seal. Or is there something specific to this car that makes it extra difficult?

If I take it to a friend's shop that he takes his supra to, such a shop should be pretty familiar with the procedure too as the block and trans should be fairly similar?
