Default crank trigger wheel/pulley

welp, i'm an idiot. i just broke a tooth off my crank trigger wheel on the crankshaft pulley. Who has a good condition spare one lying around? Or is this something i can pick up from toyota for a reasonable price? anyone know if this is the same as a 2jz turbo or non turbo one (different part numbers listed) i hope i'm not the only one who has managed this

My buddy broke his as well. He got one off a 2JZ Na motor. He had a 2JZ Na motor. If they have different part numbers, then I would assume they are a little different.

I think thats the wrong part number that is for non vvti. the vvti is different than the non vvti one. I want to say the non vvti 96-97 2jzge and all year non-vvti 2jzgte use a 12 tooth wheel. and VVti of both types uses a 36 tooth wheel with 2 teeth missing, I haven't seen one that's what I read online. looking at your gear and your sig that you have a 1jz vvti it looks like you have a vvti gear with more teeth.

it is definately missing a tooth there in the pic. i still have it too. i was trying to help pry it because it wouldn't come out. afterwards i put to bolts in it and did some slide hammer action and it came out right away. bah... this car is being a nightmare of a teacher to me.

yeah you don't want to pry on that puller is the way to go. unfortunately the one you ordered is for pre 97 non vvti, but you need the 98+ one from a vvti n/a motor 2jzge and you can get it at toyota. there was no vvti 2jzgte motor in the US but luckily all the vvti ones are the same so you can use the n/a one.

ok. changed the order to 13521-46040, that part is actually a bit cheaper too, like 10$.
