Default change out low miles platinum spark plugs?

so I am doing my valve cover gaskets, bunch of stuff needs to come off,

have bought a set of BKR5EIX-11 Iridium IX Spark Plug ready to go,

just found out service records the dealer installed plugs 90919-01196 (from search this translate to denso plug PK16TR11) that was in 2009 but mileage only 10k ago at 120k miles with a timing belt job.

Do you think I should put the iridium in now? Seems like a waste to take out these platinums which was not in there for much miles at all, even though that was 4 years ago. But I know these plugs has been thru one test at dealer "ran the car at stall" for 2 days to chase some issues only to found nothing, I assume they ran it idle a bunch of hours. Does idling like that foul he plugs up?
