Default Janky SC400 probs

Alright,as the post says I've got some janky problems. So first,at start up it will not idle on its own whatsoever until its completely warmed up & even then it will only idle at 200rpm. Now when I drive,it hesitates to accelerate until it gets passed 3k rpm? Have no idea how/why this is happening right now or where to start to fix these problems. So that being said, could really use some help on what could be causing these issues & how it could be fixed. Thanks!!

Do a smoke test to look for any major vacuum leaks. I know you "recently" cleaned your IACV. Could be bad. (OEM equipment from the factory) Also, run a tube or two of injector and gas cleaner through the system.
