Default Car wont start?

I'm stuck, I have tried almost everything to fix my 93 sc300 i love this car and really want to keep but seems like she doesn't want to be kept

New fuel pump, engine coolant sensor, spark plugs and wires, oil change, fuel filter(all in last few weeks)
battery seems fine, i don't think the starter is bad and before this started i was gonna get a new time belt

The issue first began with the car not starting up right away like it normally does(as soon as key is turned) and then it progressively got worse now it starts some times but i have to actually turn the key to ON continuously or leave it that way for awhile till I hear the fuel pump come on and then attempt to start it (does not always work though)

weird thing was today when i went to get something from my trunk i stuck the key in unlocked it and the alarm went off (car does not have a remote)
we have had the car since it was new and this has never happeed

**so i jumped the fp to the b+ and the car started up when removed the car cut out does that mean its the ecu**
does anyone have any advice

Im all ears and eyes

Thanks

Maybe it could be your fuel pump ecu. Open your hood and look for the diagnostic box. Jump the fp and B+ pins together to see if you can hear the fuel pump prime. If you do hear it try starting the car to see if it will start right away.

If that doesn't work it's your ecu.

So it could be your fuel pump ecu not turning on with the key in the on position. The ecu is located on the rear driver side panel.
