it holds up pretty well provided there are no MAJOR power adders... like a turbo/supercharger or NOS

Lemme axe ya dis right here...
What about putting a Lexus/Toyota 5-Speed in the car, like from the SC300? Considering it's OEM equipment and all that.

no manuals available for them unless you get a custom bellhousing or a bellhousing adapter from that place in Australia
