Exclamation guess what guys. CT20As on 2jz

i ****ing adore this site. it's helped me through so many issues, i'd like to take a quick moment to thank you all for allowing me to creep on you all this far.
well then, now that that's out of the way, this being my first car, i want to to introduce myself and my car. i'm a 19 y/o dude with a Lexus SC300 and i'm ****ing in love with it. i don't have the highest paying job, nor am i free from debt, but i intend on making my car soar one day, to a completely new level. and i want to chronicle it all with my fellow Lexus owners, because you guys are the ****.
I originally got my Lexus black on black on black 350Z rims. tinted windows, black leather interior (a little bit messed up but it's ok) black paint, gorgeous. idk if the car ever suffered damage with its previous owner, but whoever had it honestly didn't do it too much justice. it was severely lowered, tires rubbed (extremely hard) cambered improperly. i mean, i'm damn sure the owner loved his car but he wasn't the smartest with it. i haven't been much better, at all. in fact i've been worse .___. since car being too low and being unable to raise for a while, scraped everywhere for the longest. bad move .___. still scraping, but raised more though. when i originally got the car, i wasn't used to a 5spd rwd powerhouse, so getting on the freeway i drifted into a guardrail -__- busted my lights on the left side, and my homie backed into it to finish off the lights on the right, AND put a hole in my bumper (what a ****.) but, i replaced them with the cool ones you see on ebay with the halo lights and black housing, so now my lights are on black too. everything all black isn't that so nice? x)

cutting to the chase, i recently came up on a deal, on craigslist. aristo 2jz-gte twin turbos for sale in my area. took them to my mechanic, he gave the green light, i couldn't resist. i shelled out $220 on the spot for them. good condition, whole kit has ~50,000 miles on it. nothing i can't replace or upgrade if anything on them. aaaaaaaaaaaand i'm gonna put it in my SC300 2jz. anybody have any pointers for me? i'm ****ing excited on making this a reality. motor is completely stock otherwise, no upgrades whatsoever. am i the only one excited here or...?

What year is your car? The turbos will bolt up but you will need a lot more parts. Oil lines, intercooler, piping and such. Take your time and get all the parts needed to do the conversion. Most of the info you need can be found on this site. Good with your build.

Default aww yiss :)

already receiving replies. sweeet
i know they're not direct bolt on. me and my manager were speculating, and we decided exactly as bigiez said, it's worth getting all the proper piping, fittings, etc. the stock TT on supras aren't as powerful as the CT20As and if everything's properly adjusted, it was worthwhile.
for the twin turbos, gaskets, manifold, everything pictured, $220? come on. you just don't pass on an offer like that

That's very steep for some chitty JDM turbos TBH.

I've been trying to sell my JDM turbos (also complete kit with manifold, all piping, gaskets) for $100 for two years and nobody wants them lol.

yea they are acting this way cause the stock turbos don't really put out much power, and apparently they burn out quickly

I will be the first one to say your better off getting a single turbo.

just cut your losses on what u spent so far and re-group
