Default Oil leak help

I have an oil leak and I believe I found where it's leaking from but I'm not sure. Also, I don't know what that part is called. I think it's that part that i circled. I will be taking a picture of the actual part later in the day. It's drenched in oil and my car is leaking more than usual. I want to fix this as soon as possible and any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I thought that but I felt around the filter and there's no leak.
