Could it be my Southbend clutch setup?

Could it be my Southbend clutch setup?
I sent my OE pressure plate to Southbend be tourqe to 500-600 lbs ( not so sure about the numbers ), and also ordered a full face feramic disc.
Now, I am trying to figure out everytime i shift ( well, sometimes, kinda hit or miss) the dasboard shakes a bit and makes a thud sound like a have a solid transmssion mount. My transmission mount is rubber and metal so it is dampened.
And everytime i go reverse , my 1-pc driveshaft makes continous/multiple sound similar to an exhaust pipe hitting the chassis. I just took off the CV part of my driveshaft and I have enough slack and i don't think it is bottoming/hitting something. Driveshaft is straight and not angled when installed.
I suspect it should be the torquey pressure plate? Southbend guys, do you experience this? I don't this crankwalk BS, I had 120 miles on this engine and stopped driving it.
1-pc. drive shaft with enough slack on the CV when isntalled.

Thud sound/vibration on dash happens after I release the clutch.. most likely to happen when I shift to higher gear on lower speed. Like 3rd gear on 40mph or less.
I don't have a video yet but I'll post my first run on the build thread, make sure you turn up the volume, you will hear my dash.

ok I see what you are talking about. does not seem like a D.S issue to me at all. more like either internal in the transmission ot something in the pressure plate/throw out bearing area

Okay, I took off the 1-pc. driveshaft and ran the car in my garage up to 3rd gear and there was no vibrations at all.... weird thing is the engine didn't die when I left it in the first gear and released the clutch. I know the transmission is working because I used reverse and hear that whirling sound.
So you think i need a carrier like the OE 2-pc driveshaft? I'm willing to try to convert to 2-pc, I just want this car to be reliable as possible.
Is the purpose of that carrier to dampen?
