I was mixing the years up with R12 and R134...lol

it could also very well be your maf if you sprayed it down with maf cleaner. its like cryptonite to your maf.
they started adding warning labels to CRC maf cleaner on the back for older lexus and toyota vehicles with your kind of maf.
you have a 92, so yours should run without a maf connected even. try disconnecting it and see if it clears up the problem, if it runs smooth again its the maf, and you will have to try cleaning it in a different way with compressed air and letting it dry out completely with stuff that doesn't leave residues.

so i disconnected my mas and it didnt help, i also disconnected my ignition coils and it didnt help either. next step is to check my spark plug wiring. if that doesnt do it, it might be time to take it to a professional

it definitely has to be an ignition problem because when i start it up it smells like raw fuel. so a couple of the cylinders probably arent getting spark. might just be bad wires

What did the idle do when you disconnected the ignition coil(s)? If the idle changed, sounds like the coils are doing thier job.

yeah disconnecting the ignition coils won't help, but when you disconnect one and there is no change, then you have found the bad one. at no time does it improve from disconnecting it so not sure if you did the test right.

could be the rotors/plugs as well if you have enough miles on the car
