Misfire on acceleration. Stalls at idle.

Misfire on acceleration. Stalls at idle.
I have a 1992 SC 400 with two issues:
1) It misfires on the freeway when I accelerate.
2) Occasionally when I start the car it runs for a brief moment at low idle then stalls. It will do this 2-4 times until the engine idles fine and I drive off.
Please help me on what to check. Thanks.

Misfire usually means the car needs a tune up. Spark plugs and wires probably have never been replaced. Also could be dirty fuel and/or injectors.
TPS, IACV, MAF, Fuel pump ECU if it does that continually. ECU if things go downhill. How many miles?
