I actually keep the 3-connector (Supra/Lexus) and 4-connector (Tundra/GX470) wired together to support any alternator. Then, I can revert back to the old alternator if I'm in a pinch. The Tundra alternator outputs much more current at lower RPMs.
The p/n# for the 4-pin connector you will need is 90980-11964.
The supra 3 pin connector the pins are as follows:
1-L-terminal for charging light
2-IG-terminal for ignition power
3-S-terminal for Alternator sense
The Tundra 4 pin connector the pins are as follows:
1-S-terminal
2-IG-terminal
4-L-terminal

Hey Gerbb, thanks for this post, it helped me figure out why my ambient temp sensor wasn't reading. The guy who made my harness did not pin #7 on EB1 at the fuse box so i spliced it into Pin 1 of the AC Connector and everything works flawlessly now!!
