Default weird clicking/scratching/squeaking noise

So in my 92 sc400 there's a small noise in the rear passenger side wheel. it sounds like a chirping scratching kind of noise and it oscillates and speeds up with the speed of the car. However when I'm accelerating its very very minimal, like barely audible. When I'm slowing down or cruising at low speeds it gets pretty loud.
When I'm turning and the weight is off that wheel the sound gets milder but the wheel isn't rubbing, the car is lowered but I know for a fact there is no contact.
My car also has the supra auto diff which I think is a torsen but why would that be making noise on one side. I'm gonna Jack the car up today and rotate the wheels, see if I can figure something out.

You guys have any inputs?

Check your wheel bearing.

Jack up the suspected wheel and see if the wheel wobbles sideways. If there is excessive movement, chances are your wheel bearing needs replacing.

By sideways do u mean in and out towards the car or forward and back in the orientation of the car?

Actually you try to wiggle at 2 o'clock and 10. And see if it would move like it's loose. It should be solid as a rock.

No movement on the wheel, could it be the brakes?

Yes, could be your brake pad worn to the bare metal.

Brakes are like New. Still have no clue what's wrong. When the wheel is off, is it normal for the disc to wiggle a little? Jacked the car up completely and spun the wheels and there is no sound at all. Any other ideas?

if there is no wheel on there, the disk will move around. cinching them down with a couple of lug nuts will put them where the time should be. don't have to be torqued, just finger tight.
next thing to check woul be the half shaft, and parking brakes, If the bearing is tight.
also, a video with noise could prove helpful.
