What is the wideband showing?
Why are you running boost if lean? Or what AFR is it showing, and how many pounds of boost?
Stock twins?
Check for vaccum leaks?
If you are running a AEM standalone, I would highly recommend you undo the 12 volt mod.

I have seen an idle with a 17.9 on the AFR at idle. Mine on the other hand, has to be rich. Everyone swap is different, due to injectors, size, pump, standalone, ecu, etc.

17 to 18 in idle. I checked vacuum leaks and boost leaks and there was noneI'm on stock injectors and stock ECUand when I gone to boost there's a hesitation before kicks inthat air to fuel ratio is about 13 to 12 12 to 1 when I'm in boost and also I unplugged the oxygen sensor and it did nothing and it do no codes and when its at Idle I hear popping in the exhaust

^ absolutely not. A stock car (which he has) should run fine. There is another problem. Don't tell someone to mask a problem with some half *** work-around if you don't know what your doing (which you dont or you would have found your issue instead of playing with fuel pressure via aftermarket reg) That's not a proper fix.
Op from what I've seen some of the older ecus won't trigger the cel for o2. When you did the swap, did you install new injector o-rings? I've seen cars do this before with that being the cause. If you replace the o2 I reccomend a denso brand part

hmm sorry vrank. it's no work around. I have a stock car and had the same problem (albeit I had a big holset turbo/manifold/external wg) minus those I had the fmic/exhaust/and fuel pump. and everything else that was stock. i would lean out at idle. there is a possibility the exhaust and front mount might be drawing more air than fuel hence the need to richen it up more.
