Default Car bucking / not holding idle.

Stump on this.
95 - 2JZGE 5 speed Sc300

Car will almost died and engine bucks hard at low rpm until 3k rpm after getting off the clutch, sometimes died when coming to a stop. new 12v mod/new cap/rotor/sparks/alternator/wires/timing -10/change coolant temp sensor (when it holds idle)

The coolant temp gauge will spike to hot when I throttle but will drop back to normal after i let go immediately....(changed coolant temp sensor, same thing)

Today, its not even holding idle, it will crank, start and stall in a split second, but will hold idle if i hold throttle at 20ish%, but not smooth, some white smoke at 3-4k rpm.

Cleaned IACV, confirm no vaccum leak, there are sounds from fuel pump and fuel rail.
Also tested cold compression 150, 145, 150, 110, 150, 145.

Only different from stock item I have is a AEM 320LPH pump as the car was GTE swapped before.

Can this be a clogged fuel filter, bad ecu, bad maf or bad tps?

Are you having to add coolant at all? Any codes present? Did you run a wet/dry compression test?

turned out to be a loose harness ground on the inake manifold by the battery, problem solved.
