Can you be more specific on why you can't get it off? I'm assuming it is spinning with the pulley. Impact wrench would be the easiest way. You can get a chain wrench and wrap it around the pulley, then use that to hold it in place while you turn the bolt.

Ill buy one today and try it, the tool from auto zone was suppose to have spots to hook onto our ac clutch but the clutch is pretty smooth.

I don't have an impact wrench and was hoping not to have to take the radiator off so I'm just going to be using my long socket wrench to try and turn the bolt while the chain holds it.

edit -

Got the clutch off but the pulley is stuck on and i rented a puller but its way too big has anyone taken the pulley off without removing radiator?
