Default Blower Motor Help

Hey guys, I'm helping a friend of mine with his SC400.

The car is a stock 92, but has an issue with the blower motor. It's been a really, really long time since I've worked on a SC, so I need a reminder.

The climate controls are different between years, (92-94), (95-96), and (97+). They plug in, but certain functions work, right?

Also this one I'm sure it's original because the climate control looks green, and beeps when I press the button.

The problem he's having is that the blower doesn't turn on at all. IIRC, if it's a bad power transistor, it should either be stuck at low or high correct?

The climate control works, but just nothing out of the blower motor. I took a look at the blower motor (which looks like a pain to take out), but I checked the pins for power, and it's got nothing. So I don't think the blower is bad, just something else failed.

Is there also a fuse for this somewhere?

92 SC400
Blower motor doesn't work, climate control does.

Is his wiring harness in the wheel well tucked? I bet there's a chewed up wire for the blower motor in there, if i remember correctly it's a blue wire with a red stripe on it. Just check all the wires in there if the harness was never tucked, that's the problem i had. I changed everything else i could change and nothing worked, it was simply a cut and corroded wire in the driver side wheel well.

Good one, I totally forgot about that, I'll check it when the rain subsides.
