Default Do I still have a bad ecu???

So I have a 92 sc400 its having problems with power fells like its not shifting right but when you do it manually its fine. And the shift from 1st to 2nd there is some much power lost I have to put it in 2nd manually and its fine then. So I was thinking the capacitors are bad on the ecu so I opened the ecu and it looks good. My question is can they still be bad without looking like they are bad and linking everywhere??? Some please help me out

Send it to Tanin, if the ECU doesn't look like it needs to be rebuilt, he'll likely let you know.
