Default Car is slower than normal

So every morning I turn my car on and take off. Weather a/c is on or not, my car seems to run better on start or open loop. After about 10 mins of driving it just seems to lose power. It doesn't go like it does on open loop.
here's me theory, I know I have a bad throttle position sensor. I ohmed it out and it was open at a certain spot. I'm thinking it runs good when it's cold but when it's hot it reads open or something.
second theory/problem. I probably have a bad iac valve because when the car is at operating temperature and the weather gets to 100 or above, the oil pressure light comes on. The red one at the bottom not the level sensor. Only when I come to an idle will the car shake like the car wants to turn off, and the rpms drop then pick back up.
Idk what else it could be. Idk if maf sensor could be doing this or what? Please help.

Anybody? Help? I know it's not a "I'm going turbo or air bags or super race car"thread so I'm not gonna get a million responses but something would be nice.
