Default Clutch Pedal Question

I recently bought my SC300 and the clutch pedal has very little travel, like 2" at most. It's hard to get used to because it grabs 1/4" from the floor. I'm not saying it's good or bad, just different than any other clutch I've had. If it matters, the previous owner installed a Southbend (likely the dual friction) and I think the flywheel is stock.

I was hoping someone could chime in and tell me what the OEM clutch feel should be like. Thanks
