Default Big 3 wiring from alternator to fusebox help

I retrofitted Tundra/Seqouia alternator and while i'm in there i decided to upgrade the ground wires and alternator wires which is called the Big 3 Upgrade.

I know how to do the grounds already but i have question about running an extra 4GA wire parallel to the 2 alternator wires going into the fusebox.

Here is the 150amp Sequioa alternator, as you can see the stock wire at the bottom and the 4 GA wire at the top

Another picture of the stock wiring and 4GA wire which will run parallel to the fuse box

Now, here are the 2 wires of the alternator from the fusebox

And here, with the 4GA wire which will run in parallel with the 2 stock wires from the alternator into the fusebox

My questions:

So, all i have to do is install a terminal on each ends of the 4ga wire ( and run the wire in parallel) and bolt each ends to the alternator and other end on the fusebox?

Is that all i have to do or am i missing something? Someone suggested an inline fuse close to the battery, but before i do that, please let me know if I'm doing this correctly before i burn my car.

Why the hell you love to spend money uselessly ? If you have no where to put that money I can use some of it , you know my paypal account...lol

That alternator charge wire doesn't need to be changed or upgraded even with your 150amp alternator. I have 250amps alternators and the wire just works fine. Much more you don't need a fuse because it already goes to a big amp fuse on that fuse box.

I see you spent so much money on a rebuilt r154 with marlin crawler internals and now selling it to get a getrag v160 6speed . You just don't know what to do with that money huh .... You still remember my paypal account ? Send all that money you are uselessly spending to me... hahaha

hey call me.. I will help you out with a getrag v160 but not in the middle of the night... damn I know you love to stay up late up to the wee hours of the morning and remember we have 2 hours difference.

^^ lol, trolled. At least its a good write-up, if someone happens to be in a pinch and have a spare Tundra alternator, they know what to do.

how many amps is the stock SC400 alt? i'd like to upgrade mine, my interior lights dim when i open and close the windows and when everything like heat and other stuff is on, it's kinda annoying.

Should be 100A. It could be going out or the connections corroded. But, if the engine is at idle and everything is on, I could see things dimming some with the windows, especially just after starting when the battery is also recovering charge from the recent engine start. At idle the alternator isn't putting out full power. Most cars have their belts "geared" to have the alternator put out peak power between 2000 and 2500 RPM.

Once the alternator can't put out enough power to satisfy the load of all the accessories the voltage will drop. Once it drops far enough you'll start pulling from the battery. That voltage difference can certainly be seen as a dimming of lights.

yea it might be going bad, cz it happens while cruising on the highway as well, and at idle it gets pretty bad. i should rerun wires to the alt or just get a new one
