So from what i've been hearing, for the most part most of the pinouts were identical but i've been hearing the 95 may or may not have had a few slight difference (few if any), does anyone have the exact 95' ECU pinout? I've been looking via google, images and i seem to find a common pinout but it never says if it's the 95 pinouts. Any info and/or pics would be greatly appreciated thanks!

 

I can't answer the question directly, but some anecdotal evidence might help... I tried out a '95 ECU in my '94 SC400 and it worked fine. The only issues were an EGR error, which makes sense because I believe '95 switched to a different connector and extra feedback, and the O/D OFF light flashing. Everything else seemed to function as normal. So, any differences between the two are going to be pretty minor.

I may have some notes.... not sure how good that will be, but I have a 93 and picked up a 95 ECU and was taking some notes on the differences between both haven't had a need to swap it yet.
