Default 1JZ coil pack screws stuck!

Was gonna change out my plugs today, but pretty much all of the coil pack connector screws are about to strip when I try to loosen them. I stopped before I stripped any. Anyone have any tips on how to get those suckers loose?

thanks

Soak them with PB Blaster or pentetrant of your choice overnight. Make sure you're using the right size screwdriver. Tap it a few times to get it to bed into the chewed up metal. Perhaps try air tools to vibrate it loose. If all else fails, get a screw extractor set.

In case you havent figured out by now, the coil packs are screwed into brackets in sets of two. Each bracket can be removed by loosening the two bolts with a 10mm socket. Then you pull two coil packs on bracket off at once. And if you want to get the slightly stripped screws out, then buy an impact screwdriver at harbor freight for like $5. It did the trick for me, then I replaced the screws with allen head screws.

LOL! Soack em in pb or wd and then remove the bracket have a friend hold it and push onto the screw as hard as you can and turn. You have to use a BIG Screwdriver standard size will strip it. Then dip the screws in heat resistant lube so it doesnt happen again
