Default electrical?

Hey guys, so I have this wild issue with my 92 5spd, so my dash clock trunk release steering wheel and door actuators are apparently on the same relay? None of those are currently working. Oh and most importantly dome lights. Sometimes when the car sat out in 110 degree weather the clock would partially work till I'd push a dome light button and then it would go back out. Sounds like a ground issue somewhere or computer issue? Please help!
Thanks

check all of your fuses, in all boxes. Also, make sure there aren't any coins in you cigarette lighter.

Lol that would be terrible, however I had a valentine plugged in for the past 5 years but I definitely checked just because. Just say that it's not a fuse, could there be maybe one other possibility? Like A certain ground wire? I've just never heard of all of these on one line. Maybe like the ecu?
