Default What could it be? Fpr or a fuel pump?

Mods: S362, fmic, stock fpr/rail, 550's, SAFC, dual 255 walbros, DevilsOwn 100% meth...

Its been runing fine on this setup for close to a year. Lately it's been running lean at WOT, inconsistent afrs, (new wideband sensor) sometimes it will read high 12's, other times 13ish, 14 (of course I quickly let off on those readings) this are all 3rd gear wot pulls...There's a 10' upgraded gauge wire that feeds both pumps and that cks out with my ohmmeter...Today I lowered the boost to WG pressure, did couple of runs and even then afr were somewhat inconsistent, at times it would be in the low/mid 12s and it would fluctuate down to 11.2ish afr, other times it would fluctuate and stay in the mid low 12's during the pull. Sorry for the long rant, what you fellas think the issue is??
