MY ps went out during a drift event last week. I changed the PS pump for a new one yesterday, but the power steering is still not working. What could it be? There isn't any leak.

There are two major parts in the system ,,, Pump and rack.
So what lead you to believe it is the pump that went bad ... Noise, bubbles in the reservoir or real leak. Mine had a leak so it was obvious for me.
To confirm the pump is woking you may have to add a pressure gauge to the pressure line (would need fitments). Sorry I dont know what pressure is expected.

How about lifting the front end and checking the effort needed without the pump (and wheels off the ground)?
