If you want to make your life easier take the plastic pieces off under the dash, take off your brake pedal, pull the carpet and padding back as far as you can, so you can access the bottom hole with your drill, to drill the top hole access it from your engine compartment. You want to remove the abs fuse box out of the way and unplug your brake master cylinder level sensor so you don't rip it
I bough all my stuff from DM, it came with everything you need for the pedal install and clutch master cyl exessive 1uz adapter kit bearing etc

Looking at the pics above, the bottom of the assembly rests on the firewall and the top one bolts up to some kind of bracket
