Oil light keeps flashing?

What you should do asap: Add a quart (or more) of oil until you see it at the high mark on the dipstick. Warm. Then check it again after the car has been sitting for over an hour. Add oil if needed.
2JZ motors take 5.5qts of oil. I personally put 5 qts in, fill the oil filter to the top and let it all soak in, then pour the last of the 6th bottle into the motor, for a total of 6 qts.
There's been a lot of bad info going around facebook where people think these cars take 5qts or less of oil. They take a MINIMUM of 5.5qts. If anything, you should do what I do and run a minimum of 6. JZs are deep sump motors, and you could probably get away with 8 qts of oil in the crankcase before the crank starts sloshing the oil.
