Default resevoir tank question

I am replacing my reservoir tank on my 93 sc400. any special instrutions on moving the coolant sensor. Does it unscrew from the thank or do I pry it out. Just dont want to break it.

The sealed cap is the '95+ version, as I recall, which did away with the level sensor. Your best bet would be to just leave the sensor off and check the level periodically. A disconnected sensor won't throw a warning light.

Thanks. I was thinking about that anyway. My ADHD makes me check the coolant all the time anyway
