How the f do you get the rear uca bushings off

Default How the f do you get the rear uca bushings off

I have a bad REAR UCA on the drivers side, its getting worse, As title says how do you press these things out I have a press and cant get em! REAR UPPER CONTROL ARM BUSHING REPLACEMENT ! Supra SC300 SC400 anybody chime in? thanks!

The rear UCA has directional bushings with an outer lip. They have to be pressed from the center outwards. You have the following options:

1. Burn both of the bushing and use a hack saw to cut the metal cup, then chisel it out.
2. Burn one of the bushings, so the press can go through the arm.
3. Buy the toyota special service tool if you can find it
