Default Electrical Gremlins in SC400

Hi,

The passenger side window regulator came in, and before I installed the piece, I connected to make sure it worked. Nothing but clicking. So, I found one about an hour away, and came back, and installed it. It went up just fine, but will not lower, and I tried both sides, and neither switch would let the window lower.. I tested the piece and it worked both ways on the battery. I don't have a schematic, so I am guessing it is either the switches or a relay that has gone bad. I looked at the fuse panel under the hood, and did not see anything that pertained to electric windows.

Any suggestions?
